Jason S. Samuels is a partner in the firm’s commercial litigation department, concentrating in construction law. He represents contractors, owners and developers in all aspects of construction, including negotiation of large scale new construction and renovation project agreements.
Mr. Samuels earned his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Albany.
David M. Curry is counsel to the firm concentrating in real estate law. He represents developers in sales and acquisitions; landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions; lending institutions and borrowers in real estate acquisition and construction financing; owners in construction contract negotiations; borrowers and purchasers in industrial development agency transactions; and buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.
Mr. Curry earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law; his Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University; and his Master of Arts degree from Towson University.
Steven N. Davi is counsel concentrating in labor and employment law. He advises management with regard to their relations with organized labor, including collective bargaining, union organizing and striking.

Stavros Karageorgiou, CCM is an associate in the firm’s commercial litigation department.
Prior to joining Farrell Fritz, Stavros was the Operations/Senior Project Manager at NJD General Construction Group & Earth Construction Corp. in Queens, NY. He also previously served as a law clerk at Queens and Suffolk County firms (2012 to 2015); as the Operations Manager at Mega Contracting Corp. and Metro York Electrical Inc. (2007 to 2009); and as the Assistant Project Manager at NJD Wiring & Electric (1999 to 2007).
Stavros is a Certified Construction Manager; a member and former board member of the Association of Electrical Contractors; former chairman and trustee for AEC’s Group Life Insurance; a former trustee for the Electrical Employers Self Insurance Safety Plan; and a Licensed Master Electrician.
Stavros earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the Polytechnic Institute of NYU.
Domenique Camacho Moran is a labor and employment law partner. She advises clients on all employment-related matters including wage and hour compliance, leaves of absence and social media in the workplace and defends employers in litigation involving discrimination, harassment, ERISA, wage and hour, and restrictive covenants.
Ms. Moran earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Damian Racanelli concentrates his practice in real estate law and construction law. With an extensive background in general contracting and commercial real estate, Damian prepares agreements for commercial real estate transactions, assists with contract term negotiations, drafts purchase and sale agreements, drafts and reviews leasing agreements, and conducts legal research and analysis.
John Racanelli is a partner whose practice focuses on commercial real estate acquisitions, development, leasing, financing and construction. He has hands-on experience in real estate and construction, derived from his dual role as both principal and general counsel of a prominent real estate development and construction company. During his tenure, his company built more than 200 buildings, totaling more than 13 million square feet and developed more than 1,000 acres of industrial and commercial property.
Mr. Racanelli earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from New York University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University.
Aaron E. Zerykier is counsel in the firm’s commercial litigation department.
Mr. Zerykier represents large and small businesses, public entities, financial institutions and individuals in federal and state trial courts, as well as in arbitrations. These matters involve a variety of commercial, technology, real estate, insurance, contracts and business tort litigations. He represents developers and landowners in connection with real estate disputes, including sale/leaseback disputes and environmental cleanup actions.

Irene A. Zoupaniotis is an associate concentrating in labor & employment law. She assists in the representation of employers in all aspects of litigation, arbitration and mediation.
Ms. Zoupaniotis earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the William E. Macaulay Honors College at Queens College.
